Every milestone tells a story.
My Journey

My journey with yoga has been shaped by years of practice, competitions, leadership and community engagement. From building my school’s first yoga team to leading sessions and creating accessible wellbeing resources, each experience has helped me develop the skills to turn a personal passion into MannShala. This page brings together the milestones and achievements that have shaped that journey.

Leadership & Team
Growing Together
More than individual practice, this journey became an opportunity to learn, lead and grow together.
As Welham Girls’ School’s first Yoga Captain, I helped establish yoga as a competitive sport within the school, building a team and creating opportunities for others to pursue it. Carrying my teammates’ hopes onto the competition floor taught me that leadership meant more than individual achievement; it meant sharing responsibility and growing together through every challenge.
The Journey So Far
2024
Introduction to Practice
My first step onto the mat during school, discovering the transformative power of breath and movement.
2025
Yoga Captaincy
Stepping into a leadership position, guiding peers and fostering a community dedicated to collective wellbeing.
2026
Founding MannShala
Establishing a youth-led initiative to share mindful practices through outreach and digital resources.
Beyond the Certificates
While certificates mark points of learning, the true essence of yoga is found in the quiet moments of breath, the resilience discovered in a challenging pose, and the calm clarity that follows a practice. It is about how we show up for ourselves and others when we step off the mat. My journey is not just a collection of credentials, but a continuous practice of living with intention and heart.
