Taking Wellbeing Beyond the Mat
Bringing yoga, mindful breathing and everyday wellbeing into community spaces.
Community Impact
From Practice to Participation
MannShala has taken shape through hands-on work with people across schools, NGOs and community organisations. Through yoga, guided breathing, creative activities and interactive wellbeing sessions, I have worked to make these practices accessible beyond the classroom. From introducing activities in 10+ schools across Punjab to conducting sessions at Balaji Prem Dham and Swami Vivekanand Ashram, each engagement has involved adapting activities to the needs and ages of the participants. Alongside this outreach, my collaboration with Sukoon, expert-led conversations and art therapy workshops.
School, NGO & Community Outreach
Bringing yoga, mindful breathing, and wellbeing practices to schools, NGOs, and community spaces.
Sukoon Collaboration
Collaboration with Sukoon
Through a collaboration with Sukoon, MannShala contributed to a shared effort to promote mindful breathing and holistic wellbeing, helping foster peace and emotional resilience beyond traditional spaces. The collaboration centred on making wellbeing practices more approachable and extending conversations around emotional health into community settings.

The Sukoon booth at Diwali Mela collected over 200 gently used toys and books for underprivileged children and raised approximately ₹5,000 for its charity partner.

Sukoon Hub’s expert-led art therapy sessions for young people, using creative activities to encourage self-expression, emotional awareness, and well-being.
What Community Work Has Taught Me
Working within community spaces has shown me that wellbeing is not a solitary achievement, but a shared experience. Bringing yoga and mindful breathing beyond the mat has taught me that the true practice lies in how we connect with others and support each other’s growth within our diverse environments.
